It lies in the slopes of Snowdon peak, a major elevation in the dodabetta range. The garden has thousands of species of plants, shrubs, ferns, trees, herbal and bonsai plants. There is a 20 million old fossil tree in the centre.
The best time of the day to visit the garden is in the evening, between 3-5 pm. It can be very cold after 5 pm especially during the winter.
